The 1800 Women's Workout Gym
Today is my first proper gym session here. Yesterday I had my induction both days staff have been so helpful and friendly, creating me a personal circuit to the pressures on the equipment which is right for me and showing me how to use correctly. I have met afew of the other gym members all so friendly and made me feel welcome. I have been so scared to rejoin a gym but I have never used a gym as lovely as this before so happy I made the move to come here.

It used to be Gymaphobics but it is now 1800 women's workout good place to go to meet friends and have a coffee.lol
