I'm sorry I have to write such words but I've recommended your services to my colleague as a trusted person trying to help you have orders but now, I'm sorry and I learned a hard lesson to not recommend no one to anyone as I cannot guarantee nobody's honesty. A mistake is human error and no one will accuse you of going wrongly to London instead of Newcastle to pick up the 9 ladies on return. They have to wait 5 hours to somebody to come and pickup them plus have incurred the huge cost of return transport. But from that, you have wrote false lies and accusations in public space for them instead of fixing the mistake with the apologies and returning some of the money as you have been promised is a long time. Discrediting 9 ladies in public as drunk where there was a minor child between at 8 o'clock in the morning on the route to London is hard to believe knowing that the ladies haven't done any mistakes. The exact coordinates for the requested transport were sent to you by text and email. Unfortunately, this will cost you more than if you simply and quickly would return the money you take in advance and promised in the beginning. I consider that for losing £50 for fuel because of your negligence it's not worth to create such a situation, but at the end everybody does what he thinks is right. Unfortunately, I can’t give you high rate star for this attitude.
