If I could give minus 5 sears I would. Hands down the worst taxi company I've ever came across. Unprofessional and awful customer service. Rude staff and manager on the phone. Badly run and the app needs serious work also.

Pre booked taxi for myself and son with additional needs. App said taxi was there but no sign of taxi. The driver cancelled then was a 40 minute wait for another. Absolute joke of a service never again.

Now the 4th or 5th time I’ve had to literally run to the bus station to catch my bus to the airport because a pre booked early morning taxi didn’t show - there’s almost no point in pre booking if it doesn’t ensure a taxi comes at the specified time, and NOT out of the currently available taxis. Fortunately I’m a local but what if I was a tourist or visiting? Embarrassing to the city of Derry. Foyle Taxis is usually better than City Taxis for the sole reason that it’s much easier to pay by card, but not when I keep having to deal with this.

I had pre booked taxi's for my family and I. The gentleman accommodafed an extra person legally and they were so lovely to deal with on the phone. I would highly reccommend.

Still waiting on a refund after taxi didn't turn up. To add insult to injury, I actually tipped the driver via the prepay app. My husband called the company to see where the taxi was and the operator was rude and abrupt. The second time he called another operator answered, this time this guy was very pleasant and he assured us we would get a refund. I still haven't received my refund to date, and I will be opening a dispute through my bank.

Booked a taxi from City of Derry Airport. Got WhatsApp confirming the booking. Replied letting them know the flight was delayed. Sent taxi anyway, but he left before we arrived. Tried to rebook. Half hour wait before they would send a car. Useless

Very disappointing service. Had pre booked a six seater for myself and friends after a night out to ensure we could get home safely and the weather was terrible out. Collection time came and taxi was a no show. Rang their number and was spoken to extremely abruptly and told they don’t offer six seaters - despite this being an option on their app. Was told to go to their rank and we could get a taxi from there. Did this, but of course no available taxis. Very poor and unreliable, I wouldn’t recommend.

Please remove your pre booking service as you cannot provide the service. Pre booked a taxi for 8.10 today still waiting at 9.00. Rude dispatchers.

I've had an issue getting a taxi with foyle. Always on time and the drivers are top quality. Highly recommended them!
