Changing faculties really dirty, smells of mould and urine when you walk in. The mould is in thick layers all over which could easily be cleaned with a cloth. Bin flies in it, litter all over, broken flashing lights. Gym equipment not adjustable and it’s busy, pool busy most of the time. Started a membership and sauna has been broken a while. Expensive extra sign up fee for what seems like no reason. It’s not such a problem for me the facilities are old, it’s just it doesn’t need to be dirty and things can be fixed/maintained better.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Facilities such as changing rooms have definitely seen better days. Could do with a bit of a refresh in that sense.

Excellent leisure facility, spacious and comfortable, very large well equipped gym, exercise hall and aerobic studio, swimming pool, sauna, rest areas and member's lounge.Friendly and helpful staff.

Sauna far to hot I've used Sauna's for over 40yrs you need to be able to relax but top shelf far too hot to get onto nice pool shame the jacuzzi has not worked for over a year or so

Dated gym, dated pool, sauna broken, jacuzzi broken, steam room on last legs. Mould around pool, changing rooms. Yet still getting charged a high rate. Staff also rude and not helpful.

This placed is very dated and long overdue a refurbishment. The gym floor is a decent size however the equipment is very worn and outdated, bench’s have rips in them. The sauna and steam room and regularly out of order and the hot tub have never been open since I joined. The changing rooms need a lot of tlc, doors to showers are missing, ceiling tiles missing, shower heads missing/rusting. Floors /walls are filthy. Full strip out is needed. I would be embarrassed if I were the owners. Invest some money in the place an this could be a great facility. For £35pm this is not worth it! I won’t be renewing my membership.
