I honestly recommended customer service of Olivier Kostuch !!He is a very professional, ambitious and friendly person, who help me in Mercedes showroom on a very high level ! Olivier working with passion and smile on his face, he give me excellent advice! He really loves his job. Olivier also helped me arrange flowers for my wife , when we came to pick up her dream Mercedes car. She was so happy!The perfect person in the right place !!!Thank you very much for everything ! I recently purchased a car here and my sales rep Kyle was amazing, he helped me find a car I thought I’d never be able to have and he made the handover so quick and easy! He definitely deserves all the recognition for the effort he puts into his customers because I’ve never received service like it. He went out of his way to bring the cars I was looking at to my house! 10/10 no complaints :)

Matt was great from start to finish, friendly, approachable, listened to what we wanted and showed us lots of options (thanks for putting up with my pickiness!). Went last week to look at a car and within just under a week I have my lovely new car on the drive already! All thanks to Bradley who was a star from start to finish. Went above and beyond on everything, and nothing was too much trouble, and always got back to any query I had straight away! Highly recommend coming to Mercedes of Stafford, and especially dealing with Bradley if you are looking to purchase a new car! Everything was an absolute breeze and one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. Thanks again for everything Bradley and Mercedes of Stafford!

12 years I've brought Mercedes .My last car was the last.. Never again will I use this place .they cause more damage to my car -only went in for a service!!I refuse to go back to buy another Merc -BMW. I have had my money this time !!From service to customer service 0 rating !!And before you answer my review, have a look at your books ... the damage you service staff did !!

My car was repaired today at Mercedes Benz in Stafford today and I was served by Beverley Stott. I must say I was very impressed with the attention and care that was shown. Beverley kept me updated on the procedure and cost by phone and as I was waiting for my car made it a priority for it to have prompt attention. Great experience start to finish. The car I was interested in (and ultimately bought) was transferred from another site for me to test drive within a day; lengthy test drive and great overview of the car and various purchase options were then provided by Matt with a good deal agreed on the day. Pick up of the new car was a very relaxed and welcoming experience (once I sorted my banking app!) and the car itself is just what I was after. Overall a pleasure to do business with Matt and Lookers.

My customer experience was excellent, I was offered a coffee at the help desk.Becky who dealt with the service I requested was out standing, listening to what was required and very promptly got back to me with what work and costing was required. I would definitely recommend this dealer for service
