Wembley Gold Car Park

Always used when visiting wembley, too service however prices can vary and sometimes are very expensive

Appalling parking service. We had to change our booking after being given a blue badge space we didn’t ask for, and were unable to get though to them. Word of advice, if you put a phone number on your website - answer it!

We stayed at Hilton Wembley and you could not get more handy than this car park. Plus by staying at the hotel we got money off the car park. But you only have a short time that your ticket remains validated by hotel so head straight to the car after validation. Will use it again

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!WORST CAR PARK AND RUDE STAFF WHO HAVE NO MANNERS!!I paid for my ticket 5 minutes before the validation end time and they demanded that I pay £6 even though I was within my rights. I called the help number and both members of staff, NIKHIL (Who probably lied about his name), AND A FEMALE (Who claimed was a manager to then find out that she lied) were absolutely rude and were shouting at me on the phone. The two staff members need to learn how to speak to the public and need retraining ASAP. The staff is incredibly rude and using this as a money-making scheme. They did not let me leave even though I was well within my rights to validate the ticket in advance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR PARK!!!! THE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ASAP.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE!This car parking is probably a scam. They issue £100 fines 1 month after you park there saying that you didn't pay for your parking even though you did (?!). They probably do this because they assume most people throw the receipt away.Luckily for us we had the ticket to prove them wrong, but anyone else going there be warned!

Stay away from this car park , even though the price says something they charge what they want! I will never come back again! Let’s tell everyone we know to not go there! I paid 50£ for few hours when the price was 20£ for the same hours! They don’t have customer service either! Never more!

Parking in very close proximity to the major attractions - the OVO Arena Wembley is right next door and you are literally under the Hilton Hotel. Proximity comes at a price and the bays and circulation aisles are compact. If you want more free flowing and spacious parking head to Red Parking for the LDO or Pink Parking for the major Stadium and Arena events. Pink Parking is a slightly longer walk but closer to the A406 North Circular for driving in and out after the events.The staff have always been courteous to me and maybe they just have to deal with a lot of people with different requests especially on busy days.

The absolute worst car park you’ll ever use. With appalling service that put my nephew in tears. Requested to speak to a manager, got told I was speaking to a manager, then a few minutes later said there was no manager. I was speaking to Nikhil Manilal who was working on 24th April 2022 at 9.50pm, a person who should be no doubt fired from his role, the most awful person I have spoke too in my life. The colleagues are untrained, rude, speaking to there customers in ‘slang’. Absolutely disgusting car park, very tight spaces also. Even if you verify the ticket and pay, they’ll make you pay again. STAY AWAY!

Usually park here as we stay in the Hilton when we visit. Popped to the outlet a few days ago for 3 hours at lunchtime and was charged £40 as is was an 'Event Day'. No warning of this as you drove in. Car park is ridiculously tight on spacing too. Would avoid.

The worst parking I ever used. They display tariff for 24 Hor £35. They charged me £75 for 17 Hor
