Recently purchased 3 x acoustic wall panels, very pleased with them. Ready for collection when I arrived and well packaged. Excellent quality panels, also the showroom looks great. Will be back to look at what else is offered by Floors to Walls.

Initial batch of wall panels arrived and all 5 were damaged beyond use.Replacements came VERY quickly and were double packaged this time and product in good condition.I would suggest they package all wall panels as they did the second time like that in future to avoid bad reviews and costing themselves a lot of money.

Don't normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the service and product I thought I should. I live in the Highlands and the first company we contacted about wall cladding wouldn't even entertain delivering up here. Floors To Walls delivered to us in 3 days and for free.The cladding itself was very straightforward to fit and looks great. Would recommend to anyone.

Don't bother ordering anything from this company. Service is poor. Paid for a sample never received it. Rang several times and was fobbed off that someone would call me back. I wouldn't trust them to put a full order in as it probably wouldn't turn up.

Excellent company! I use this company a lot for wall panels and accessories - they have quality products at good prices and a great range to choose from - their customer service and staff give great service and go out of their way to help - I cannot recommend this company highly enough - I have made great transformations to rooms thanks to them!

We paid for some samples, after 2 weeks they still hadn't arrived, I called up to ask where they were and I was told they would re send them that day, one month later still not arrived but I bought some from The Home Improvement centre in Brighouse who delivered them and I fitted them within the week.

Product was decent quality but customer service is a joke - when it goes wrong they don't want to know, do not return phone calls, or emails and false promises.
