Chris has a good connection and understanding of his own body, this becomes very clear in the way he is able to listen to the bodies of the people he is working with. Chris is gentle and compassionate, which enables him to push your physical (and mental) boundaries with care and respect.

I had a massage with Chris in summer and it was fantastic. He isolated particular points and worked thoroughly on easing tension and discomfort. As well as it being a wonderful hands on experience it was also extremely relaxing and cathartic. Highly recommend for regular treatments and I look forward to coming back myself x

I had the amazing good fortune to be gifted an hour long ayurvedic yoga massage with Christo (from a complete stranger who was camping next to us!). It was such a lovely experience. An hour just to concentrate on me, stretching muscles that probably haven't been used in a very long time. Christo was amazing....talking you through the stretches but also giving you space. Can'r recommend this experience highly enough.

From the outset, the stunningly simple, beautiful setting lead to a feeling of escapism from the real world. I have never had a treatment where I felt I was working WITH the practitioner in this way. During the two hour massage I was completely absorbed in being actively involved in the experience, with no room for my normally busy mind. I arrived feeling physically tense and with my mind in turmoil but left the treatment feeling open and blissful in body and mind with a real feeling of being reset. I feel I owe it to myself to repeat the process on a regular basis and would encourage others to do the same.

Chris offers a deeply restorative experience than is so much more than a massage treatment. The cabin and its setting allow time to float away while you reconnect with your body. The combination of deep tissue work integrated with the breath allows for both relaxation and restored range of motion. I highly recommend.

I had a massage from Christo at Ginkoflow, which was fantastic! It’s a good length of time for a start, so you’re not thinking it’s going to be over just when you start to relax. My whole body was put through strong movement and so felt amazingly loose for a good while afterwards. The whole experience is super relaxing and very meditative in a lovely environment. I would highly recommend!
