Ideal Blinds
Had Lee from Ideal Blinds around over a week ago. He said he would email me a quote for blinds & shutters. After four days I called and left a message chasing the quote and asked if maybe he had emailed the quote to the wrong email address and left my home and mobile number again. I've heard nothing! Not even a return call.Not impressed! I guess he doesn't need the work but some kind of contact with an explanation would have been more professional.Ideal Blinds are get a one star from me!!

I am very pleased with my vertical blinds which were delivered within 7 days, love the colour and fabric, house looks so much better and the quality is fantastic!!! Highly Recommended!!!

Contacted Ideal Blinds via their website, got a return text from Lee and arranged a visit to fit most of the windows with blackout blinds.The choice of colours and patterns was extensive, Lee was very professional and obviously knew his stuff.We arranged a fitting date and went ahead.Fitting - Lee arrived on time, the fitting was very quick with very little mess.Overall - i found Idea Blinds professional, friendly and knowlegable and Lee answered texts promptly.Highly reccomended
