Update on the 2 year old review. Now 5 stars. Nice polite and efficient service.I don't know if Ashley was having a bad day or if he does the surly act all the time. He managed the entire transaction without one please or thanks.

Never trust their opening times!! Thats twice ive relied on their official times only to find that Dave's not come into work so they are not open. When they are open they are very friendly and helpful though.

I had not been to this place in years. I phoned up and had no hold time, spoke to the ops manager, who was very helpful.Drove up everyone was very helpful, even though i went down the wrong lane, and then parked in the wrong bay.I cant fault the experience, everyone wad nice and helpful. I spoke to the ops manager again there who remembered my call. No problems at all. These guys really have theur act together. Especially when so many others do not.Thank you for the great serviceWould recommend

I normally visit the Shoreham EMR site about once a year, after I’ve saved up all the odds and ends that one accumulates when a home owner. The Guys at Shoreham are first rate and very helpful. Plus I’m £50 better off from stuff that would have normally cone in the bin.Great service and would throughly recommend.

Turned up at 10.30am on a Saturday and was told that the office was shut and that they don't deal with people after 10.30am so they can get out of the yard at 11am. Website opening times clearly say 11am. Not helpful, poor customer service. Avoid if you can.
