Cole's Carpets fitted a carpet throughout my elderly relative's flat and I dealt with Jeff Cole personally. I got the carpet I wanted, which I'd seen in other carpet shops but the service offered by the other shops was dreadful. Jeff Cole arrived on time to measure up and gave me a good price. He fitted the carpet himself and made a very good job of it, including trimming the doors. I'm very pleased with Coles Carpets' service and my relative has now moved in and is delighted with the carpet.

We have valued Alison and Jeff's work in fitting new carpets for a nursery, landing, and stairs. We were supported in choosing a carpet that suited our needs and budget by Alison in the shop (including the borrowing of multiple samples), and Jeff's work fitting the carpet is of good quality. On-site he was polite, careful about minimising / tidying-up mess, was as flexible as could be expected in terms of working around our babies nap times, and completed the work on time. We particularly appreciated their flexibility in rearranging fitting dates when we had an unexpected radiator-related delay! Would recommend, and will go to them when we are ready for more carpets.

Fantastic customer service, really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend. We will be using again. Even when the company delivering our carpet (separate to Cole's Carpet) failed to deliver it on two separate occasions. Jeff came round to the house to make sure an alterative was available and re-arranged work to accommodate this.
