They could not have been more helpful. I have dexterity issues and mobility problems and so was delighted with the patience I was shown. Filled my LPG tank while I could only stand by while the adapter was fitted for me.

Great place for Autogas, a bit expensive, compared to the mainland, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent for all your bathroom goods, too.

Went there this morning and yes they had what I needed. But once I asked for help to find a part well ? He must of had a bad night or weekend as was clearly but out .So for having the parts 4 stars customer service -2 star's

Helpful staff and I managed to get a replacement toilet to take away ready for the plumber. Will definitely be using Vectawarm again. Lovely showroom, good range of stock, reasonably priced. Thank you
