There are never in the office or Telephone, I call millions time, NEVER HAVE SUCCESS.Also when people ask some thing about selling or buying, person was you looking for? he is in Holiday for 4 weeks. What you can say?????????

Connels Slough, don’t sell your property with this agent / unprofessional.Was interested in an apartment in Slough, the customer service has been terrible from start to finish few key points below1. Call the office to arrange a appointment on the 11th October 2023 for 15.45pm, everything was fine view the apartment with some other potential buyers.2. No follow up call from Connells was made to obtain any feedback.3. Arranged a 2nd viewing 2 days later on the 13th at 14.00pm, the sales person (Ali) was 15 to 20 minutes late to arrival to the building and when he took us up to the flat did not really show us around, seem not very interested and basically stood in the hallway of the apartment on his phone, the Sales person did disclose that there were 8 offers on the property all below the asking price.4. Again no follow up call for any feedback from Connells5. However we emailed them an offer for the property for the asking price to start the negotiations / process.6. Email came back acknowledging the offer and they will come back to us / we are not even sure if the offer was even given to the seller to consider?7. Its been 12 days since the last communication from Connells or response to two separate emails sent to them to provide us some feedback, when calling the office no one takes the call also8. The property is now listed as sold subject to contract.We know we can’t help who which property we like and which agent we have to deal with, however if I a seller I would not be selecting this property to sell my property, as I would not be confident that the offers on the property made it to seller.
