Love coffee
Nice coffee shop, used for an hour while waiting for the mid-morning train. Plenty of inside and concourse seating. Pleasant staff ready to help you get your coffee fix. I would urge the owners to get proper food signs and not use hand-written ones or use a letter stencil. Ignore the bad reviews, grumpy people being grumpy.

It's only 6am and i just received the sweetest customer service. the young woman behind the counter was so kind with a smile on her face and made conversation whilst making my drink. i ordered a plain croissant and a caramel latte to have in and it was delicious. while she was serving other customers her smile never left

27/07- 7am ish. I received a sausage bap that had a hot bun but stone cold sausages, even though I had just waited 10 minutes for their oven to warm up. The two staff members were too busy criticising their colleagues in their absence instead of focusing on their own work.

The vibe of this place is great, comfy sofas overlooking the railway line and great views of the surrounding area are definitely a perk. I had a cup of tea and a toffee muffin here, which were delicious. There is a great selection of light lunches, baked goods, patisserie, hot and cold drinks. However some of the food and drinks here are very overpriced and the customer service here was not great. I know this is a chain food outlet, but I would've expected more. There was also no offer to carry my order over to the table which, while not essential for me, may be needed for someone with a disability.

Obviously the member of staff on duty on the 18th December at 18.00 hates their job, asked for a baguette to be told power was off so couldn't have one only coffee and tea was available, felt like our group of six was an inconvenience. Other travellers came in were greeted the same and left without purchasing this particular member of staff is costing love coffee money!

Awful service. If i had more time i would have left . Using her phone. No eye contact shile serving and poor service poor attitude. Im genuinely shocked!

Shocking service here now my card wouldn't work on the touch pad 3 times but was told by the girl serving to try again I said no ill put the card in to which the reply was whatever" and the card machine was pretty much picked up and thrown round at me

I visited today and was really pleasantly surprised. The coffee was excellent and the croissant was wonderful - so rare in the UK. Not only that, the chap filled my water bottle and delivered my yummy coffee in a proper cup to my table - unheard of! Compliments to all the staff. Will definitely go again if I'm in the area.

I like the location the coffee shop and has a really interesting name to it. Has a lot of character when you first enter and has a simple layout. There some some comfy sofas to use as you wait. I ordered a coffee and it was not the best. Taste was there but it was lukewarm, £3.35 for a medium is not bad considering location.
