Came in today to pick up my preorder for Fire Emblem Three houses, Sean who served me was very polite and we had some nice banter.My local and trusted store that I have always went to for all my gaming needs. Clean store and amazing staff.

I went into the shop and spent £160 on a gaming console for ng grandson but he already had one so 20 minutes later without taking it out of the bag I came back to return it. But they stated that they will not do refundes only credit notes, I was not told about any of this and their was only a warning on the recipt AFTER I had payed. So I just want to warn people before you make the sane mistake as me choosing to shop their.

Great shop if you want Funkos and other merchandise. I am a PC gamer and they seem to have forgotten about us with only a handful of older titles on offer. They only really seem to care about console gamers and their second hand titles are vastly overpriced. I can but the same titles for the PS4 online for £15 - £15 cheaper so I won't be back

Awful. The store let you reserve an item, email you to collect it and then inform you that it’s out of stock. They then offer you a more expensive alternative.
