Staff are very friendly. And quick service at the tills . However I find this store really crammed , everything is piled on top of everything and to get round with a trolley is quiet difficult. I also find I always have to go to Other stores like merry hill to find the things I want as this store never seems to have themNow Sainsbury’s is gone it would be nice if a new bigger store was built as this one looks tired and not very welcoming when you walk into it as there’s cracks in the roof by the main doors .Overall amazing staff but just wish that we could have a brand new store

Loads of parking (Sainsbury’s next door has now closed down) but still plenty of accessible spaces. Soooo much Christmas stuff in already. Only down fall is the tiny and slow lift you have to use to access the upper level if you have a wheelchair or pushchair

There's a good collection of items, however customer service should improve. There was 4 women chatting together for a while, they didn't like it when asked qtns about items. Customer service should always come first than chatting, gossiping.

There's not much to say here. There is a lot of stuff that you can't buy at normal stores at a pretty reasonable price. Good if you want to get something that is somewhat niche.

It's been a long time since I went to this store because it's always full of things you don't want, further more they moved the art and craft up to the second floor, as a disabled person this made it a very difficult thing to do as the store has one small lift and people who don't need the lift are still going to use it.Had to wait 5 times for the lift to be ready, even a person working at the store who had been waiting a long time offered to let me go first, but i don't do things like that I waited my turn despite the staff insisting i went first. So even the staff have to use this lift.Thanks go to the store worker who was kind enough to offer to let me go first, but no i wait my turn.

Amazing customer service from Luke in the DIY department. Really knew his stuff and help me the pick the correct tool. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly friendly and approachable, which is a great bonus to the store and customers like myself who never do DIY.

They have some cheap home improvement products , but the quality is not guaranteed. Many items are returned or damaged. They do not bother to check the condition of a returned item before putting it back for sale. If you are lucky you can find some nice products though .
