I have driven this car just over 6 months now I am ready to list a few problems I have found so far as below:Both side rear brake drum, disc are totally rusted ( Pic attached) which was not mentioned to me at the time I purchased the car.Some imperfections (including above) not been published on your website which didn't make me aware at all ( Pic attached)There is no spare car key come together with the car and the only car key was mouldy inside.The car has really strong pet odor and so many dog hair which I am still unable to totally get rid of, not too sure if they valet the car before delivering to me?AND it starts leaking OIL!!!! I contacted the customer service and they replied to me nothing could be offered to me.Guys stay away from this company full of fake pictures and information!

Bought a car here today. I feel they low ball a bit on part exchanging and offered under value for my trade in, they recommended and even booked me into the local we buy any car where I did get more for my car and they came and collected us and took us back to the forecourt.There was a little flexibility on the car I bought and overall I am happy with my purchase.

Went to see a car but was damaged front grill , drivers door not shutting properly ,loads of scratches all over. Front number plate as you can see damaged. Gave a deposit of £100, 5 days before viewing car which is 100% fully refundable and was told money back into your account between 3 to 5 days by Wassi, and its been over 3 weeks now and still chasing the deposit. Customer service just wasn't there. Spoke to a few other customers there, and they felt the same. Shocking.

Hassan was very helpful and polite. Looked at various of cars and he went through them with us. We did return and brought one of the vehicles. Would definitely recommend Quality Part X when looking to purchase a vehicle all serviced and passed by AA

I bought a car from QPX recently and have a few points to mention. I have read many poor reviews since my purchase about QPX and was a little concerened that I may not have made the right choice. However:- The sales process was smooth and very well managed. Ash answered any questions I had and was happy for me to call him on his work mobile any time I needed any questions answered.- I was due to pick the car up on the Tuesday but Ash wanted to sort out some minor imperfections that he was not satisfied with and I then went to collect on the Thursday. I was waiting around a little while as Ash was busy but was seen to as soon as he was available.- An initial inspection of the car left me satisfied with the vehicle (noticable that the previous owner was a smoker but already managed to remove the smell) and I drove away the same day. My only bad point for this part was that the tax had to be changed from an exempt status, which could only be done at a Post office. I was misinformed that I had 24 hours grace when buying the car so drove home illegally but managed to get it sorted the next day.- On my way home I noticed some issues with the clutch that came and went intermittently. Which I reported to QPX once I had got home. They were happy to oblige and the car was back into the garage a week later (only delayed because of my distance from the garage).- During this time I noticed a couple more issues with the car, front bulb gone, driver door wouldnt close properly. I sorted the bulb myself but mentioned the door to the aftersales team and they sorted at the same time as the clutch. I received my vehicle back all sorted.Overall I found the staff polite, the pictures matched the description of the vehicle and any aftersales issues I had were sorted as soon as they were noticed. The vehicles on sale at QPX do come with a 3 month warranty.My recommendations:-When you pick up the vehicle; test drive it, take pictures of the whole vehicle whilst still at QPX, mention any concerns there and then.- If you find any issues within the 3 month warranty period, get in touch with them straight away. Get an extended warranty for piece of mind (I got mine through ford rather than QPX)- Be patient but persistent, organisations like this have many customers so any delay in communication is likely not deliberate!I would be happy to use QPX again.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!Briefly, they sell Dodgy cars with next door fake MOT and service! I am reporting them to DVLA too!I bought Nissan qashqai 2020 around 3 months ago and from day1 lots of hidden issues, already spent around £3000, and still discovering major issues (oil leaking from day 1, car had a car accident but not reported )I am having like a nightmare and left my jobs many times to chase repairs (working as an NHS doctor) .So so sad and annoying !When I called them couple of days after the purchase to explain my frustration, they were rude and said it all happened after I got the car?!!!! So funny how they lie ,Come on guys , I barley moved the car.!!!!!!I will sadly say that those people are very dodgy and unreliable .Please avoid them!

Stay away from this place, no one cares that you have problems (ie sales staff after care staff& a Director. There were lots of things missing on the car and there AA inspector needs new glasses, the whole company is a JOKE.

Truly a Great experience. Two weeks ago my wife and I traveled 2 hours to Quality Part X for our Peugeot 5008 and not disappointed. Really appreciate the friendly customer service that made our purchase perfect. We had a few issues but Ash who looked after us sorted them out without hesitation. Even after finding something missing and contacting after sales. All sorted.Great dealership. Highly recommended.
