The staff on floor are very helpful especially Jane , who always greets me with a smile and makes me smile even on a sad day .The butchers here have been really helpful throughout the last few years I’ve been shopping here . They have good knowledge of the different cuts etcetera . I want to say thank you to Andy and Carl for always having a positive attitude and making me feel welcome .

Good place to shop if you're a commercially minded bulk buys are sometimes quite good but other times they are more expensive so keep an eye on your pricing have used them for many years and not had a problem always very friendly staff

Excellent variety of fruits and vegetables. Always have something new and exciting to offer. Products keeps changing and hence makes you interested to return for more. Very friendly and helpful staff. Value for money products. Good items for parties and catering.

Terrible customer service experience, the lady on the front desk wasn’t helpful and constantly moaning she’s doing everyone else’s jobs “because the lads are lazy”. I tried signing in(I have a bookers account but am not based in Coventry) and was told sarcastically “well wouldn’t it be easier if you went to your local branch” lol I hadn’t thought of that, thanks for the help. Was then told I’d have to wait “20-30 minutes” for a manager to authorise me to sign in because he was busy counting money. Awful experience and won’t be returning
