Drained a radiator and caused a mess on tenants belongings and decor. Installed a new oil- fired boiler but didn’t know how to get it to work properly; we needed to pay someone else to do so and commission it, moreover insisted payment for the boiler up front but not at cost added a massive unjustified mark-up; recommend getting alternative quotes.

USELESS!! Had a leaking CH pump so Harry agreed to come out next morning. Didn't turn up!! Not had a call/text or anything since so he obviously has no personal or professional integrity.
