Smashed avocado on toast with chilli flakes bacon and poached eggs, reasonably priced but severely let down by being served on a cold plate making the food cold. 3 other breakfasts were also served on cold plates.I would not recommend this place if you want hot food.

Called in for breakfast while our car was being repaired and called here because of the good reviews. Well, they were right, the food is great and the service is rapid and very friendly. My only gripe was that the plates were cold, so you felt in a hurry to eat it before it got cold. Pity, because the ingredients and cooking were super .

I was having a conversation via Whatsapp with my friends in Austria about how to make a proper Full English Breakfast. I sent them the picture below from one of my many trips to Mama Dells and I saidDies ist der standard wir alle versuchen zu erreichen."In English "This is the standard we are all trying to reach."I often take pictures of my breakfast at Mama Dells and send it to the Austrians to make them jealous."

The 3 of us ordered the £8 breakfast where you got to pick 5 items. The food was ok, although one of us had to send a cremated sausage back, which was replaced. Unlike any other breakfast I have ever ordered, toast was not included. The toast was an extra £1.50, which all three of us ordered. To my shock, for £1.50 we got ONE SLICE of very average toast. When I questioned this, the member of staff said that was correct. £4.50 for 3 slice of toast when you could buy the whole loaf for under a pound. Disgrace. Will definitely not return. What a rip off.

Got a prawn baguette and decided to eat inside the cafe.The bread was stale and the prawns were flavourless. Additionally I also got charged £1.50 for asking for lettuce in the baguette so it came to a total of £8 for a singular sandwich.The interior is very dated and the chairs are not comfy and gives a dirty feel.I would not recommend and I have found myself heavily dissatisfied with the experience.

6th MarchWent along for another full English & once again it touched the spot! Food was tasty, staff were helpful & friendly.Popped in as fancied a full English & it didn't disappoint. Very tasty, not grease, friendly staff, a clean & nice atmosphere. A little jem in the town!

Mama Dells is amazing. The food is delicious, drinks are gorgeous and everything is fresh and local. No processed food to be seen.Brilliant price wise aswell and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is our second visit and certainly will not be our last!
