Go Shred Ltd

Our company has used Go Shred for ad hoc services for the past couple of years. They are very efficient and have excellent communication with their clients! Great service from start to finish!

Excellent service. Very easy to book a collection online. The driver phoned ahead to advise I was the next collection. Really speedy and courteous service, would definitely use again and happy to recommend to anyone who needs a reliable confidential waste service.

Great service, I had the mini shred package, price was very reasonable and the process was really easy, all the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Communication brilliant, answered email promptly, very helpful. I filled 10 bags with 30years worth of my late husband's paperwork.(he wouldn't throw anything away.) I was at a loss as to what to do with it all until I discovered go shred. They saved me a lot of worry. A very helpful and friendly Simon came to collect the bags so thank you to him and Nikita for her help also.I would definetly recommend and use Go Shred again.

From the moment we enquired about the services at Go Shred & spoke with Nikita, we had first class service. Even the driver, on the day of pick up from our home, introduced himself as he rang to let us know his estimated arrival time. Pain free & efficient!

Very disappointed. I chose this company due to its great reviews, local family business. I received great communications from Julie. Arranged a collection. Contacted Julie on the day as I was having problems with my phone and no anticipated issues were raised. Stayed in all day, no one came. Contacted GoShred and received no response. The following day I received communication and tracking details which revealed the driver went to the wrong address. On speaking to Belinda regarding it being the wrong address she told me they don’t contact drivers when they are out. She then said well anyone can make a mistake, it was probably the only one he made all day and put the phone down, which I found very rude indeed. I fully accept that mistakes happen but it’s the customer service thereafter that makes the difference. In this instance it was very poor. I also find the lack of contact with drivers given todays technology and the tracking system they have quite surprising and out dated. It was only a small collection, I wonder if the driver would have accepted ‘no one was in’ if it was a large lucrative collection. I have two businesses, neither will be using this company going forward which is such a shame given the family values it claims.

Never used this type of service before but these Guys were just brilliant, a special mention for the Driver, Gavin, who was very friendly and helpful, I was even pleasantly suprised when the bill arrived! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Incredibly prompt service, really accommodating to our service needs. Staff are all really helpful. Would recommend.
