Communication with Liz is easy and full of trust. She’s completely non-judgemental, has a friendly and caring demeanour, and always makes me feel at ease.When participating in talking therapy it’s essential to have a safe space in which to do so. Liz excels at creating the conditions for this. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Liz was nothing short of amazing during my time with her, I was really nervous for my first session and the second I sat down with her I felt totally comfortable. She helped me work my way through a lot of issues I’ve had for years, I’m so much better off for having had Liz as my counsellor and I’ll always be grateful for that.
