Robert Dyas St Martin's Lane
Location is very central to Covent Garden and the theatres. Considering there are not many shops similar to Robert Dyas in the area its a truly useful shop for getting all types of bits. Laundry hangers/ USB cables/ plastic tubs/ door numbers... You name it. A shop that sells everything. Thanks for the courteous staff that are always eager to help too.

Went there today for a quick visit to buy some utensils. A member of staff followed me around suspiciously, which made me feel very uncomfortable.I decided on an item and went to pay for it. The shop assistant was an old man that actually smelled of piss, didn't say hi back, I asked if I could have a receipt simply ignored me, overall this place knows nothing of customer experience.I won't be coming back.

Stay away… worst customer service and refunds policy, bought a defective item and the answer from the supervisor literally was: well, everything here is made in china, don’t you see?; came back to refund an item accompanied with a friend because I felt intimidated by the staff. Management need to sort out the recruitment, been using this store since 2010 and I’ll never cross in front again to don’t cross their path. Stay away from the group as the staff rotates from one shop to the next one. Embarrassing!!

Love Robert Dyas on St.Martin’s Lane.First of all you can find anything here for home use, for your storage, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, electrical equipment.As an emergency when I need anything for home always come here, for example my sink was blocked- they find the right solution for it.Which I’m happy about. About my visit today: was served by lovely lady called Channel- very helpful and find everything what I needed today, came for one think and end up with full bag of good products for home use. They have very good deals as always.In general customer service is great. But the lady who served me today was extremely polite, welcoming and helpful.I would like to thank you all of you for your hard work. Amazed by your service.

Terrible customer service and really stupid staff. The woman working there was extremely rude. I also asked her for a particular item that I could see on their website was still in stock in the store. She walked right past me and said it's not in stock you need to buy it online". Five minutes later I found the item on the shelf in the store..."

Manager was really nice. I bought a coffee cup from there and part of it broke. The manager swapped it with no hassle. I will be returning to the shop to buy some kitchen items as i feel happy with the service.
