Our 16 year old waitress was exceptional otherwise it would have been a complete disaster. No manager on site, no desserts and can you believe I was asked to put falafel in the pita myself. Menu was delivered wrong but accepted as we were very hungry but not happy. We found out service charges and tips go to management not staff so we refused to pay the charges instead gave cash for her efforts. She was excellent. Sadly I do not see this place surviving without somebody taking control properly. Customer service is essential but it was not considered. Many of our colleagues complained pay attention the restaurant has good potential

Nice little place, didn’t realise it was order st counter service so we waited at table for a while.Food was excellent, had chicken kickers to start and my deli sandwich and kids burger, can’t praise good enough, quick, tasty, hit the spot.Only complaint was family with 3 kids, family left kids to it do they ran around screaming the whole time, had to move tables we couldn’t hear ourselves think.Family’s fault but restaurants but that was difference between 5 stars and 3 as it spoilt an otherwise great meal.

Got this place confused with burger bar in Temple Fortune. These were the first Hendon burgers and wings I've tried.There I sat. The suspense was killing my cousins at the table as I leaned in, about to take my first juicy, fat bite of my long awaited Hendon burger. I raised the burger to my mouth, gorilla gripping it, and my teeth crushed through the buns softer than my own. In between the buns, (not the buns I was hoping for) sat a slab of meat. How does it taste?"

Good food but not sure why they close so early. Last orders are at 9pm!! No other kosher restaurants close this early...

Friends and I ordered Hummus Bar takeaway last week and I’ve been thinking about the meal for days. The slow braised chicken breast is a *must try* dish and everything was outstanding!! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait till the next time we order from here. Thank you all!
