So I have used Willie on 4 occasions now, all for different reasons. Polishing scratches and dinks out my Omega/Tudor, both watches like new. Polishing dull Tiffany jewellery, again like new. Fixing a crown on an Tag watch, which Willie sorted and polished up, flawless. Links out a Tudor, perfect. All done to shop/maker standard, without the price tag! Highly recommended for service and a great guy to chat to as well!

Hour Willie is probably the best hidden secret for knowing everything you need to know on watches. He is super friendly and works quickly. We took a brand new Hugo Boss watch (not cheap) to him to some links removed as it was too big and he really looked after it for a bargain price.Thanks Willie, you've now gained another loyal customer.

Found Willie online to repair my Omega Speedmaster, self winding not working and strap broken. Repaired the watch after a few days and cleaned it. Absolute gentleman would highly recommend.

I am not surprised in the slightest that Willie has as many 5⭐as he does. What brilliant customer service this man gives. I picked up my watch and was amazed at the result he had achieved. My watch looked amazing. unfortunately the strap Willie put on was too small ( no ones fault) and I went back to show him. He immediately put on a longer strap there and then. (He could have said come back, but he didn't) for me that was going the extra mile. I can't recommend this guy enough.
