He's extremely knowledgeable on products and which to recommend based on the needs of the business. Orders are always processed and delivered quickly and efficiently, we really couldn't ask for any better. Great suppliers, always have plenty of stock and get things ready to collect really fast, warehouse guys are great. I've always dealt with Andy, he's got excellent product knowledge and always takes the time to explain anything you're not sure about. Worth giving these guys a go, ask for Andy!

I think I've finally found a company that can supply all the products I need for my cleaning business. Great product range, including an eco friendly range. Alex was extremely helpful. I've yet to try out the products but if they work I will definitely be placing regular orders.

Have to say that I am impressed with the customer service, the speed of delivery and perhaps most importantly the easy relationship with Andy Kennedy that makes almost everything possible. Yes, there has been a few teething troubles with the new account but Andy has always been there to sort these out which he does politely, considerately and without compromise to the operation of our account. One Stop has been our main supplier for cleaning materials, equipment, and paper products for around 7 years. We have mostly worked with Andy and Chantelle to meet our needs as a business and have found that our queries and requests are dealt with professionally and quickly, which has been key to helping us to serve our clients at the drop of a hat when needed. We are rarely waiting for key items to come in, and deliveries are made soundly. The warehouse team are also brilliant, they are always polite and say hello with a smile on their faces.
