I have been buying vegan dog food from Veggiepets for years and my dog has never been healthier since switching her diet. Don't believe the ignorant ONE star review from someone who has no clue what they are talking about and isn't even a customer. Dogs are omnivores and can be healthy on a plant based diet too.

Dogs and cats are supposed to be carnivores, and as responsible pet owners, dogs and cats alike and should be provided with the correct diet and should not be subjected to the lifestyle choices of humans. If you don't wish to consume animal products then perhaps get a rabbit or another herbivore creature, pumping cats and dogs full of supplements is outrageous. How often do you see a cat or dog enjoying an avocado and kale in nature.Stop this cruelty to pets today.Because of your response, I felt obliged to respond... clearly you as a business are sensitive to negative feedback, I do not need to be a customer to review your products, and my opinion (and this review system is for people's opinions) is that vegan pet food is outrageous. As I said being vegan is a lifestyle choice, and if it's one you make there is no need to subject your carnivorous pets to it too, I do not make my cat smoke cigarettes just because I choose to smoke them.

Very good company. Never had problems and our dogs love the food and the big parsley and mint treats! They never seem to have wet food in tins for dogs. Always out of stock. Why?

Have been ordering from Veggiepets a little over 3 years for my cat and now 8 months for my pupper. They've been delivering my order on time/ sometimes early. I understand that some people may be upset with delivery taking a long time or out of stock order but most of the time this is during christmas period and that is understandable. However, my pup and cat are totally in love with benevo and i am over the moon with your guys services. Thank you so much!

Cancelled our clients order after 4 days of waiting!! Beware Benevo is also running another company called VeggiePets from the same building but claims it has nothing to do with them, even though it has the same phone number and sells the same products. I'm sure HMRC and Trading Standards would find this of interest!! Benevo has also failed to refund for a previous cancelled order hoping it wouldn't be noticed! This after running out of stock at every stockist across the UK. You couldn't make it up !!

Be aware!! Veggie pets took money out of my account twice and I am still chasing them for a refund. It has now been over five weeks and I am still out of pocket for items I never received.

I've been getting my Benovo here for almost a decade. Great staff and service whether being delivered or picking up in store. Never had a problem.

I dislike leaving a poor review of a veggie company however, enough is enough with Veggie Pets/VegecoWe switched our cats onto a vegan diet over 2 years ago and they have thrived on it. We have been using Benevo products and also making some of the meals ourselves to add variety.Sadly we can't rely on the supply of benevo products from Veggie Pets/Vegeco as there are often supply problems" with items being out of stock for long periods or "production problems etc" This has meant we have had to source products from elsewhere everytime Veggiepets have another problem.Our recent & last order was such an issue. We ordered as usual with no notice of any issues although

Good selection of Vegan dog food and treats. But shipping is way over the top, my company uses DPD so I know they charge around £3 for any parcel up to 25kg. DPD also deliver next day as standard if the parcel is dispatched on the previous day. We've always had to wait several days and sometimes nearly a week to get our orders delivered. Luckily we've found somewhere that sells the same products with either free shipping3-5 days or DPD next day for (you guessed it) £3.
