Glenbryde Ltd. supplied me with a Hermle Regulator Wall Clock.The clock was shipped to me in Northern Ireland from Germany via Scotland in less than 3 weeks.Communications were excellent with emails updating me through out the journey.Alisdair was extremely helpful during the order/delivery process and more especially giving me help and assistance by telephone on installing and setting up the clock.Customer service as it should be, good old fashioned direct contact with the experts and not through a Call Centre !
