I will never forget my appts with you it made the build up to our wedding exciting and gave me memories to cherish always. Leanne did my alterations to my dress and went above and beyond nothing was to much trouble and put my mind at ease.I highly recommend this bridal shop I purchased my dress and all accessories from here

From start to finish I honestly had the best experience. Leanne is calm, knowledgable and very professional. I felt completely at ease inside the boutique whereas in other places I really didn’t feel comfortable. I had so so many compliments on my dress and was very reasonably priced.The communication was amazing and the alterations absolutely perfect.I would recommend Sammie Lou bridal in a heartbeat x

Leanne is absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is so lovely and makes you feel really comfortable. Leanne doesn’t stock tea length dresses but I was looking for one in particular so she went out of her way to get me some that I could try . Fantastic service . Thankyou so much xxxx

After bringing my wedding forward and with only 11 weeks to find a dress I thought off the peg would be my only option.I visited a few ‘off the peg’ type shops and tried on so many dresses but didn’t get ‘the one’ feeling like everyone said you should.I used to live in Rugby and remembered there was a beautiful little boutique in Hillmorton. I booked an appointment with Leanne and knowing how close my wedding was said she could help.The boutique is beautiful and has an amazing selection of gowns in all different shapes and sizes. There is a huge dressing room too which helped when trying on the bigger dresses to really take it all in!Well… after trying on some dresses and accessories. I found THE DRESS! Leanne made it happen and I was able to get a new designer Morilee by Madeline Gardner gown! I couldn’t believe my luck!Nothing was too much for Leanne and even though I had found the dress the help didn’t stop there. She helped me with my veil and pointing me in the right direction of someone who could do my alterations too.What could have been a really stressful experience with the little time I had to find a dress became an enjoyable ‘say yes to the dress’ experience which I thoroughly enjoyed!Thank you so much Leanne- you are amazing. I can't thank Leanne enough for helping me find my dream dress!From the moment I walked into the doors of Sammie Lou I felt super comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I loved so many of the dresses in there as there was so much choice!Once I found the dress Leanne did an amazing job in making sure it fitted perfectly.I would absolutely recommend Sammie Lou to any future brides.

I was introduced to Leanne and Mark at Sammie Lou by my best friend who had visited Leanne for her seamstress work on her wedding dress. As a maid of honour for my friend and after piling weight on throughout Covid-19, I was so so nervous about trying my bridesmaid dress on…. Leanne was so lovely with me, she made me feel comfortable and at ease and my gosh did she work wonders with my dress!For my own wedding dress and bridesmaids there was only one place I was going to go to! We were welcomed back with a huge smile and a genuine happiness to see us!Leanne took the time to listen and help me with my indecisiveness on colours of bridesmaids dresses! She knew the vision I had for my wedding and she gave me honest feedback to help me make my decision.I had previously searched high and low for bridal accessories - I had known for a while what I wanted but just hadn’t quite found it! On one of my trips back to Leanne I noticed that she had the sparkliest tiara I had ever seen on display! It was perfect, I tried it on and knew it was mine! Along with the tiara, I also purchased an ivory fur wrap around, again absolutely beautiful and was made to measure, giving the perfect fit!My bridal look was finally coming to life!!Leanne worked her magic on my wedding dress as I knew she would and every step of the way she kept in contact and had me back for fittings to ensure everything was right.On the day of my wedding, Leanne came to help me into my dress (corset back!) and ensure that everything was perfect, absolutely nothing was too much and she ensured that I was as calm as could be!As I was about to walk down the aisle Leanne and I had a moment and I have to say that Leanne was not only my seamstress but had also become a friend in turn!The shop has a stunning selection of wedding gowns and accessories and being a plus size bride, it was so important to feel at ease and know that my size was catered for.I cannot recommend Leanne and Mark enough, they were both absolute superstars and deserve to thrive at Sammie Lou. If you are looking for somewhere to start finding your perfect dress, then I’d definitely recommend Leanne at Sammie Lou Bridal!I initially tried on about 10 dresses and was really nervous when I first started to shop as this was my first time trying any wedding dresses on! Leanne made me feel completely at ease and had all the time in the world. We eventually found the most beautiful dress!When it come to alterations, Leanne helped me transform the dress into what I had visioned with a few personal touches and it was just perfect! I felt so special on my wedding day!
