MY WORST EXPERIENCE!!They sold me a car, and they assured me that they would register it with the DVLA on my behalf. Since I was a first-time buyer, I lacked much knowledge of the process, so I let them handle it. But they gave the incorrect flat number when they registered my car.Story doesn’t end here- Because of their mistake I didn’t receive a penalty letter to pay a yellow junction fine (£40). The letters about that fee were sent to the wrong flat multiple times and as they didn’t receive a response from me (because I never received the letters and also had no clue about it), a warrant was issued and Bailiff somehow found my vehicle and clamped it. I then had to pay a fee of £514 to get my car released!!!! After all this trouble I went to this dealer, but they failed to accept their mistake and was blaming DVLA for this situation. I expected them to help me out to get my money back which I paid for someone else’s error, They said they will write to DVLA but after few days they stopped taking my calls and I received zero help as a first time customer of them!!!I decided to give up on the money I paid and write this long story here, so that you are aware before you approach this CARELESS dealer who will not recognise you once you buy a car and leave their premises.Moral of the story: Always register your VEHICLE by yourself and NEVER leave it for a 3rd party.They don’t even deserve a star!

Super bad experience!They promise they will give us 3 months guarantee, but nothing is covered in this guarantee. It is a huge lie! They are untrustworthy company.The car I brought has soo many problems. We went to the garage 2 times since we brought the car not long ago.

Terrible service!They’ve been super nice before the payment but since after the payment, their attitude has changed.All their promises before the payment are all lies. So many issues with the car right now. I have to spend more than I should be.

Bought a car from Car Planet in July 2019. Immediately after buying the car there were two issues.One was excessive smoke being released from the car when turning on the ignition (image attached), the second was a passenger seat belt buckle was not working.Both issues the dealership looked at and repaired.Now we have a third issue and this is all within a 7 month period.This third issue I am disputing with the dealership as I simply do not trust the car I bought from them.This is all very disappointing as this is my first car.
