Customer service absolutely abysmal, woman called jo was rude, ended up going to Barnsley store miles better Brendan was fantastic had loads of time for us and answered any questions we had

Purchase was very professional- delivery and fitting excellent and well carried out - I was a little surprised at the amount of carpet left that was not be used - as we picked one carpet for the 3 rooms

We had Jayne as our customer service expert and she was absolutely fantastic! Helped us carry the carpet and fold it into the van, her customer service skills and friendliness were phenomenal, eveything went through swiftly we were in and out with our new carpet in under half an hour! Can’t thank Jayne enough for her help, thank you so much :)

Rubbish customer service. Apparently they do not even know their job and each member of staff acting on their own. We went their and we were happy to purchase the laminate first time they gave us a price and been told you need to come in again because the person holding your papers is not in the office. LIKE WHY WOULD HE KEEP THE PAPERS WITH HIM? Shouldn't be on the system?. They told us the order under your name is 59 laminate boxes. Hahaha like what the hell its just a small room 59 boxes could do a small villa. We called again and they told us he came back so we called him before going to store to make the payment, and they confirmed with the amount. When we went their they told us oh no its not that amount its an extra £150. A member of staff started to make her calls and i could listen that he is telling her about how stressful he is. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY
