Love going to Neals Yard. I absolutely adore products and have found nothing better Always looks smart factory exterior. Plants being tended on field next to factory. Shop is lovely, looks neat and tidy, smells wonderful as you walk in. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products. Staff show interest in you, they patiently explain and discuss uses for products or suggest other products in range. Always a calm, extremely pleasant shopping experience. Great for choosing presents and treats for friends, family and of course myself!

Just wanted to say what a wonderful phone call I had today with your customer service team. A lady called Nicky was so helpful with a query I had on a parcel that was sent to me as a present. I also spoke with another lady who was equally helpful. If only all customer service departments were this lovely & helpful.Thank you

I asked the staff at Gillingham to make up a special parcel to send to my sister who has G4 cancers and spends long hours in Hospital A small parcel for my niece also My sister is absolutely thrilled with her gift so beautifully wrapped She advises the smell is divine I’m so happy that the gift brings so much pleasure and the happiness it brings contribute to wellness and positivity Thank you Danielle X

Oh such a preposterous company I went here for two rounds of job interviews back in 2018, while the 1st round was good, in the second round I had the chance to meet a cranky old woman who has utterly xenophobia and racist, question me as to why did I come to the UK also making derogatory remarks about me. Truly despicable experience from a company that claims to be holistic etc. I specifically travelled back to the UK for the 2nd round of interview and got this.... shame
