The White Dress Airdrie

Utterly atrocious. Poorest service I've had anywhere doing anything for a long time. Can't measure kilts properly and then deliver them a different length to their poorly taken measurements. Took it up with the member of staff upon collection who then ushered me out the door. Tried again to fix it by phone the next day, no help available.Tried once more to have a conversation about it upon return and the manager wouldn't budge an inch (unlike their kilts).If you fancy going to your sister's wedding in a mini skirt and flashing the minister from the front row then come here. Otherwise go to Slaters and get it done properly and for less money. Hell, just hazard a guess at your measurements and order it online. Results will be the same as coming here.Avoid at all costs.

Went here yesterday with my daughter & all I can say is if your looking to go try on dresses this is the best place to go. Manager Michelle was amazing from the moment we arrived & made our time there all about my daughter . Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress for their special day

My groom huired his kilts from here for our wedding and we cant fault the place they were very helpful and everything was organised as smooth as it could be thanks

Fantastic service, the staff could not of been more helpful. We gave them very short notice to supply 4 highland kilts for a wedding. And nothing was a problem. 2 day turn around on a service that usually takes 6-8 weeks.Very highly recommended. Would have given more stars if available.

After covid changing my original wedding plans I visited The White Dress in Airdrie in January of this year for my wedding in March this year.When I visited I was 8 weeks postpartum with my 2nd child and slightly apprehensive as to how I would find the experience of dress shopping as it was so soon after having my little girl.From the first point of contact with the store, to my appointment and trying on dresses the team in Airdrie were nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and so helpful.We were made to feel so welcome and it also wasn’t an issue for me to bring my little girl to the appointment too so I could still feed her throughout the duration of the appointment if needed.The girls made me feel so at ease and comfortable trying on dresses and really helped me to find my dream dress.Due to my pregnancies and being unable to try on before my little ones were born I had to purchase a take home dress as I didn’t have enough time to order one in. The branch had a great selection of dresses from me to choose from and I didn’t feel like I had missed out on anything from not choosing a dress to order. The branch had plenty stock with a fabulous variety of styles to pick from.I got my dress and veil and had all my alterations done with the company at the Bathgate store where the seamstress was absolutely fantastic too.They even arranged for my dress to be brought back to the Airdrie branch after the alterations were complete so I could pick my dress up from there instead of travelling to Bathgate.I throughly enjoyed my experience at The White Dress in Airdrie and I’m so glad I visited here first. I would 100% recommend any future brides visit as you won’t be disappointed.

They make you feel like a princess

From my very first visit to try on dresses these ladies havs been amazing! They made everything so easy and so relaxed. Then when it came to fittings nothing was an issue, so straight forward. If i ever had any questions they would always answer the phone or respond to emails.If your looking for your dream i would definetly be getting booked in with them.
