Well stocked but not only are the products much more expensive but the male staff are very obnoxious, especially to the people who buy from their shop the most! Don't know why I continue supporting these shops, why we are always disrespected.Went in today and it was raining and wet and was surprised to be told I couldn't come in because it was non-essential"- so why are you open then? I was wearing a mask. I was expected to stand in the rain while they went to search what I asked for which was of course the girl didn't know what I wanted.Instead of a good customer service telling the customer something like "I'm sorry but we can't find what you're looking for

Watch out for the people rude , overpriced, dirty smelly, and the guy with beard and hat is freaking liar. Avoid avoid avoid

Please if you use this shop as a woman be very careful. Especially as a young woman. I bought a wig for my daughter with my daughter was told by the guy serving me that I could bring it back if I was not happy. I took it back within 2 days. Was greeted with so much aggressive behaviour told I was a lying and was not told I could bring it back. I wanted to return it as it was not the correct type of wig wanted to exchange it it was still in its package even if it cost £100 pounds more I was willing to pay. I am a 58 year old retired district nursing sister and was faced with such aggression and he approached me like he was going to hit me. It was that bad I told them to forget it took the wig and will never go in that shop again. So please please Women go in with Caution as they are liars and treat and speak to women so disrespectful. I am being so honest I can’t believe they are able to still trade. Trading Standers should be looking into how they deal with bad aggressive customer service. I have even left my name at the top so you can see how serious I am about their bad conduct and how frightening it could be for a young woman or girl.

Disgusting service. Sold me thin terrible quality hair extensions at £40 a pack! Refused to refund or even discount a replacement. Very rude man told me he doesn't care if I bought £800 worth of products he still wouldn't help! Appalling service. Do not buy from here unless you want to be ripped off!

An excellent store for a wide range of properly priced products. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, we really enjoy shopping here.

I absolutely love this shop. I travel 80 mile round trip for my hair products and it so worth it. Helpful friendly staff makes all the difference.

Be careful of this shop horrible nasty rude behaviour , cheap stuff make it out look like it’s very expensive. One of the biggest lier and scam I ever met , the guy who wears religious hat Asian Pakistani . having a cigarette all the time outside his shop . I do not know his name he’s the one biggest scammer. He saw who damage my car right in front of the shop yet he was pretending he doesn’t know Nothing while he was fagging .when I asked him politely brother. Please let me know so I don’t have to go through the insurance. He’s grassing his own customer up telling me call the police and call the insurance instead he should’ve go in tell his customer, can you go out and sort it out. He said I don’t wanna be involved top of that he’s putting that other lady who damaged my car into trouble .What a big scam and a liar . Its funny the fact when I confronted him why he didn’t say anything that’s not nice he’s putting his customer into trouble he just shut his shop and run off .when the customer found out what he’s done. The client even left her hair feeling very angry, frustrated, and actually she went back in asked the same guy, why didn’t you come in and let me know why you were pretending you didn’t see nothing and top of that you were telling that other lady call the police call the insurance . top of that. She called her sister not to go to the shop and buy anything so I’m just letting you know. Be careful. They were wonderful and respectful, remarkably helpful and not just following us around. The store was well stock and tidy.
