The worst property management company I have ever had to deal with.Potential tenants and landlords wanting to use them to manage their property AVOID!! This is my experience as a tenant since July 2023.Communication with us and between themselves regarding issues with our flat has been diabolical from the get go. Onboarding as a tenant was the most stressful thing ever due to their sub par buggy referencing system Goodlord and their lack of communication throughout the process.We currently have a leak that was reported six weeks ago that is doing major damage to the flat below (which they also manage) and it still hasn't been sorted. They don't answer calls, voicemails and when they actually reply on email they don't seem to have a clue what has been said previously.Escalated an official complaint a few weeks ago and not had an official response as of yet. Only one phone call with a maintenance team leader 2 weeks ago saying the leak would be sorted and my complaint will be taken seriously and I would be contacted by upper management but still had nothing back.Constantly feel like we're punching smoke to get things sorted with them.It's not just my experience. I have been told by multiple contractors and other letting agents that these are the worst to deal with. Can't understand why they have so many good reviews. Probably from landlords who have no idea they are treating tenants like this.It's utterly disgusting and upper management should be ashamed that this is the tenant experience the offer.

We have lived in a flat managed by Ezytrac for over 3 years now, and we can't agree more with most complaint about being unresponsive to emails and calls, as well as ghosting tenants at some point. This is exactly the treatment we have received from Declan, our property manager, following a dispute that arose in the course of the tenancy. After we requested certain proof from him to exonerate us from an imposed fine following refusal to adhere to a warning from an acclaimed breach of lease, Declan started ignoring our emails, and ghosting us, and its been over 9 months, countless unanswered calls and emails with the issue unresolved.Recently, we complained about our boiler which provides us hot water, it's been over a week now, and its yet to be fixed, no update of any sort from them, and they are aware I have a child in my household.Now, we intend to end our tenancy which has gone from a fixed term to a rolling contract, and have given them a month's notice as stipulated in our tenancy agreement, only for them to come back to us stating that our notice period ends on the eve of our rent payment due date, which means they are indirectly seeking almost 2 month's notice from us. This is unfair and very inconsiderate. Most importantly, it wasn't stated anywhere on the tenancy agreement that our 1 month's notice had to be given on the eve of our rent payment due date. In actual fact, the tenancy agreement clearly states that we should give no less than 1 month's notice to the landlord from the service date (when we serve the notice). We have clearly pointed this out to them, but they've chosen to ignore us and referred us to Declan (our property manager) who has clearly refused to speak with us.Ezytrac, we are tired of this whole thing. It won't do any of us good to take this up legally in terms of time and money. So please, we kindly and respectfully ask that you follow the tenancy agreement contract which you provided to us and we signed with the landlord, so we can leave the flat in peace and amicably.

Worst experience ever dealing with this agency! as a tenant they lead you on with empty promises and lies, when on the phone they say they need to get more information from colleagues and they’ll call you back but never do! I’ve been without a washing machine for over two weeks now it was reported on the day it broke and nothing has been done to fix this issue I’ve called up over 50 times and left about 10 voicemails in the past week about the issues I’m having and to please call me back with no reply ontop of this recent issue I’ve also been overpaying on my water by over £40 a month for the past 16-18 months due to a leak in the pipes they won’t investigate into. Absolute joke of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
