I ordered a taxi, 1,5 hours later it didnt arrive. I called back and they hung up on me. The taxi never came. Dont bother calling these clowns

If there's lower than 1 that's how I will rate this taxi company..I book for 7pm and I was told the latest taxi will be available in 30-45mins..I called them after 45mins and was told that I didn't booked any taxi!!!

Taxi never came. I understand it was a Saturday night, but when they said 40mins, that was fine. From friends house to home. Phoned back after an hour and was told it'll be there in 10mins. 40mins after that they were busy. Phoned off a different phone and they answered right away. They said it would be 20mins and they were sorry. Over all, 2 and a half hours later. We ended up getting an uber off a friend's account... they came in 10mins. Uber to the rescue! If they had of said that they couldn't do it in the first place, I wouldn't have minded, but no! Never again!

Booked a taxi to return from a wedding, and even rang up later to double check the taxi was booked - taxi then no showed and was no answer on the phone leaving us stranded.

Booked a taxi waited an hour called got no answer at one point someone answered and then hung up straight away never using this again wouldn’t recommend everytime I’ve called before staff are so rude
