There are no comfortable seats inside the building. There's two toilets that you have to pay to go in and one coffee shop. The town centre is across the road , and the metro service runs underneath

What I like about Gateshead interchange is that you can get any bus to your destination and there's the metro that can take you directly to central station and the airport.

Here, You get your Metro trips booked and catch your train in a glimpse...Your Metro arrival time is very accurate with stipulated time. So u better don't waste a minute taking photos around..lol

Normally good links with Tesco & Boots plus charity shops. Please don’t confuse with Metro Centre as there you will find Primark in shopping Centre about 10 mins away.

Escalator never working on an evening which is no use to elderly/disabled or tired people, seem to turn it off every night . Yet when buses are not running it's worked every night? JOKE COMPANY!
