Always a good place to go. Good family restaurant. We like the Bistro area and enjoy the food. Kids love the spiral chips.Update: Restaurant had a complete revamp and different menu. The food is great and absolute quality. Staff are always friendly. So glad this place is in the village. Next time I post photos of the food and inside the restaurant. Very reasonable prices and ample parking.2/122022 - The Happy Landing has new owners and they did not disappoint. , The food, service and atmosphere was great. Thank you. We will be back!

A must-visit and just a short drive from the city.Food is of the highest quality and the service is to match.Access is great and wheelchair assessable with a good-sized car park to the rear of the building.Great selection of food from a snack to a full 3-course meal.A nice selection of desserts are also available to finish off the meal if desired.A very relaxed atmosphere adds to the experience as you don't feel rushed into eating.A good-sized beer garden is available for outside dining when the weather permits.Will definitely be back.

Firstly food was unbelievable always great however the service was awful, 2 tables sitting and still waiting an hour for food! When food arrived the FOH set piping hot sauce infront of a 12 month old within a split second the child was scolded with the sauce then FOH was asked for a jug of water to warm a baby's bottle however they just put BOILING water in to the bottle containing breast milk therefor making the bottle non usable. very disappointed with the ill trained staff more training is necessary when hiring 16-18 year olds!

Good food and service on an early Friday evening. Bit of a mixup with the order - they brought the mains before the starters but in the main all was good.

The staff were amazing so friendly could not do enough for you the food was amazing cheapest on island would highly recommend the food and selection atmosphere very friendly and welcoming will go back again
