Went into the range and they had everything I came in for. However, when I got to the till the pack of 24 waters I got had no barcode on. The cashier noticed this and immediately got on the case, Iovely bloke he was (George was his name) very helpful and polite. Great customer service.

Well stocked shop. Christmas decorations were great. Good garden decor range. Good home decor range and a little coffee shop to boot. Worth a visit if you looking for something to decorate your home with.

I recently had a disappointing on-call experience with the range when trying to speak with the manager. The receptionist displayed a remarkably rude attitude, refusing to connect me and ultimately hanging up. This unprofessional conduct raises concerns about the overall customer service at the range. It's my hope that the management addresses this issue promptly to prevent others from encountering similar frustrations.

Absolutely brilliant service from Nikki. Lots of patience, she made sure everything I ordered was sorted. How delivery works with The Range. I ordered a sofa, wardrobe set and table and chairs. Spent over £,800 in total. A very cheerful, friendly approach, not pushy at all but knew her stuff!!First time using the Range. I have other things I need and I will be back.Also quick mention for Anthony who couldn't do enough loading up my micra and making sure I had everything.A really good shopping experience.

The shop is good, lots of essentials at very reasonable prices. I do not recommend the cafe however. I had tuna mayo & cucumber sandwich. I couldn't eat it. The cucumber was cut in large chanks, there was far too much butter & Mayo and barely any tuna.

Ordered pigs in blanket bap. Asked for them to be cooked well.Was told don't do that just heated. Was awful chewy bap and slimy pigs in blanket had upset stomache. I usually have bacon bap which is cooked lovely. If food inspectors saw what I was given they would have been shut down.

I love the Range & now they are selling much more of afoot selection, I love it even more!!My only gripe is we only have 1 store on the Isle of Wight & it is so far from where I live, I don't get to go nearly as much as I would like.
