Thornton Heath Bus Garage

I was on Route 64 last week and I had a very nice driver called Clem. He is a very happy driver and the route goes through very nice residential areas. The garage has very good Enviro400s and I recommend anyone doing route visuals on these Enviro400s.

Bus 60 today at 8:30 pm at London Road - Broadgreen Bus stop LF has no regards to DISABLED Passenger and the company should look into this. THis driver is rushing to get home and despite passenger pressing the stop and shouting, proceeded and did not let the disabled passenger get off. Poor man and its raining! THis is the nice driver photo. NO WONDER BUS DRIVER GETS ABUSED AND SHOUTED OUT sometimes, they dont respect passenger and disbled people. To be respected bus driver has to be taught to respect people specially disabled person. VERY POOR COMPANY PRACTICE

Can barely maintain half their buses properly, especially the T tridents. They sound awful and really struggle up Croham Valley hill. Glad they are going now being replaced by transferred E40H’s but only time will tell whether they maintain those properly...

I'm writing on behalf of my sister Amanda Fischer. The way other drivers have treated her is atrocious. Something needs to be done about this behaviour as she has been very upset as she is only trying to make her way in employment.

Journey 08.06.2022 between 8.30 am and 9 am. Second day in a row bus journey for 109 being terminated 2/ 3 stops before normal. When I asked why......, I was told to stop moaning " ...but it was a question

Buses are always on time and fares are easier to pay with a contactless system.The buses are well maintained and cleaned regularly and mechanically sound and run environmentally friendly. This service is essential for this area as it has a lot of shopping places to go to for a lot of potential customers or like-mindedness. thanks for all the hard work and time spent on providing quality and efficient transportation service which is famous worldwide. I knew a few people who worked there and are now retired, most say they were very happy with working here, there would hardly be any issues with the management and if there were they would be resolved quickly and in the correct manner also following guidelines and ethics to resolve any issues or complaints. As part of the tram replacement program in 1950, Thornton Heath Tram Service embarked on the closure to become a Thornton Heath Bus garage with the former employees moved to Purley Depot.

My daughter lost her bus pass. A gentleman by the name of George (the supervisor) found it and was so helpful, friendly and professional. We can’t thank you enough!

I found this place with full of unprofessional people specially the driving instructor was so unprofessional he was so rude and made me feel humiliated. Arriva is big company and its an privilege to join as member of your but staff member has no respect for new comers. My experience has completely changed my mind towards this company.

Security understandably tight as a fish's butt, and you need to rely on the drivers for access, but thankfully the drivers are kind and helpful. Reunited me with my lost bus pass and saved money, hassle and time replacing. Thank you so much!
