Had a nasal gastroscopy here recently and cannot fault anyone in this building that I came into contact with. The gentleman on the desk was pleasant, the nurse who took my blood pressure before the procedure, the edoscopist Lois and the girls in the room with me. I opted for no sedation and honestly it was fine, I’d do it again in a heart beat.Everyone was just fantastic. Thank you Prime Endoscopy, I went in very nervous but everyone was just so lovely.

The level of care was superb. The staff were brilliant and explained each part of the process. They answered all my questions and worked hard to put me at ease. The appointment was on time and the clinic was clean and modern. Cannot fault this service.

I had the privilege of receiving care from the colonoscopy and gastroendoscopy team, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. Joke of a place. Stick with the NHS.My appointment was over 90 minutes ago and I am still waiting to be seen. I haven’t eaten for 30 hours and haven’t drunk anything for 6 hours so am feeling more anxious and weaker by the minute.Considering this is supposed to be an all singing and all dancing private clinic it’s not fit for purpose.I also tried to ring them all day on Friday and no one answered the phone or replied to my three answerphone messages.Do not go here!

So efficient! Staff so kind, compassionate and reassuring. Pristine, modern environment. If you have to have a colonoscooy, I can't rate Prime Endoscopy high enough.

Had a colonoscopy today and honestly I was absolutely petrified, the prep was 100% the worst part but the procedure itself was a breeze. It helps to have such friendly staff which everybody was from start- finish. Lister, Jane, Ruth and the other nurse with me today were outstanding and really put me at ease. In recovery Jane was so lovely and funny I actually left with a smile which was something I was definitely not expecting today. Thanks to everyone and hopefully I never see you again soon in the nicest way possible!

From reception and from admission to recovery their process is seamless. I was fully informed on what was going to happen. I had a colonoscopy. The procedure carried out by Jon was handled with great care, kindness and understanding. Laughter whilst holding Rob’s hand and Fran with her encouraging words helped me through the experience. It has an exceptional team from the receptionist who greets you, the amazing nurses who see you through every step to the highly skilled, reassuring doctor who undertakes the procedure.They will put you at ease and look after you and most importantly give you 6 star Gold Standard Medical Treatment.This is a company you can trust to do their very best for you medically and personally. Lady on reception was very nice and pleasant. I waited a short time when a nurse called Ruth came and she was lovely, she filled in forms and explained everything to me. Then I waited in another room for a short time until Jack came and took me in where I was introduced to Jon and Christine. They explained everything that was going to happen and put me at ease. They were all lovely kind people and very aware of how I was feeling and very understanding. The procedure was over in no time and I was taken to recovery. I felt fine. Rob chatted and made a lovely cup of tea. I got dressed and Rob walked me to the car where my husband was waiting. Although it's not a nice procedure having people like Ruth, Jack, Jon , Christine and Rob makes the visit so much better. They are really special people.
