The most unfriendly place you could go to no help what so ever waited 15min to be served becouse they was on there phone to there mate yes I did tell him how rude he was left all the stuff and went to a much nicer shop to be served you really need to sort that place out as I would have spent a lot of money in there you can't give no stars as it want let you but you deserve none and taking no cash wrong not everyone has cards as there was another chap in there that had no card but would of spent £110 but walked out with out it all

Very poor stock..especially roofing materials.. This is my local branch but always have to go to the Leamington branch as they keep very little in stock... Example.. Today I called in for roofing felt. And plain roofing tiles.. They had no tiles.. And They Had one roll of felt Leamington had 31 rolls.. And pallets full of tiles.. Its a shame I can't use my local branch... Its not any fault of the staff that work there as they do there job to the best of there abilities... But head office need to wake up and give them some stock...

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. EVERY time I have been in there I have found the staff to be EXTREMELY unhelpful and offhand. I have been in several times so it wasn't just a one off. Take a leaf out of Jewsons book BPS they are friendly and helpful

After using Travis for a long time i got fed up with being ripped off. I simply Cant fault BPS Southam. All the staff are brilliant and help no matter what level you are. no rubbish, straight to the point and the prices are fantastic. Well done guys!
