My flat experienced a water leak that I reported on 12/06/23. Morfitt Smith kindly sent out a contractor the same day, who neglected taking responsibility for the leak. It wasn’t until 4 days later, following an email I sent outlining the estate agent’s contractual obligations, that they actually sent someone to repair the leak. By this point the water damage to the interior of the flat was substantial. I received a lot of misleading information from Morfitt Smith, and to this day (28/06/23) the damages to the flat have still not been fixed. I still have no hot water in the shower. I have damaged walls, damaged carpet and a hole in the ceiling. Despite my best efforts to get this resolved, I am left let down and completely disappointed. My experience has been unfortunate, and I appreciate that this is an isolated case, but I do not feel like MorfittSmith have respect for me as a paying tenant. I would not recommend this service and if I had the choice I would move out to avoid the anxiety of having to live in such a disaster of a property.

Dishonest agency - if you are a tenant, I'd recommend avoiding any properties managed by MorfittSmith, as we found them to be highly dishonest in their dealings at the end of tenancy. After a long dispute, the DPS decided to return our deposit in full.

As first time property landlords we were very concerned about finding the right fit for us. We were in search of a company who would handle our home as they would their very own. The very first day I met Sarah I knew MorfittSmith and their entire team was the one. Within a very short time our lovely home was rented out and everything done most professionally with caring. Emma has been wonderfull in keeping us updated and willing to assist at all levels. We can definitely recommend to anyone looking for a honest reliable letting agent.

Cant fault them one bit, all staff weve dealt with have been amazing from start to finish. Even helped us when they didnt need too. Olly has shown us around the same property twice now. On both occasions he has been prompt, friendly and helpful. He gave us plenty of time so we didn't feel rushed and he did his best to assist with access.A pleasure to deal with.

The sale of my mum’s bungalow has just completed after a long and at times difficult process. This was a deceased estate and consequently fraught with emotion throughout the ups and downs. We have just completed our house sale through Morfitt Smith. I wanted an estate agent I could physically go to if I needed to, however, I needn't have worried about that as emails were answered so promptly. Melissa valued the house and sold Morfitt Smith to us with her bubbly personality and confident, but not pushy, sales pitch. Karen, who dealt with the sale, was exceptional in every way. She kept us informed, guided us with her knowledge, replied promptly and put up with the stress and anxiety which popped up from time to time!
