On Wednesday myself and husband had our first egg transferred. We are with the plymouth clinic and can not Express how wonderful they have been! From phone calls of concerns, scans, plans and appointments all staff have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely kind!I can not put into words how kind our team were for my egg retrieve and luckly the same team for my transfer. No matter what happens with our outcome nothing will take away the amazing experience of our first IVF round and the support we received especially on these days!A special thanks to our surgeon who injected hope and positivity back when we needed it!

Disappointing service to say the least. Subprime care. Made a huge mistakes with our care and did not communicate important information to us until it was too late. We have Been fobbed off ever since despite giving them the opportunity to resolve it.

We had our first IVF consultation with CRGW in November 2021, began treatment in January 2022 and had an embryo transferred in February 2022. We went on to welcome our beautiful baby boy in October 2022.CRGW took what could be a really stressful process and made it as calm and relaxed as possible. They were always at the end of the phone when we needed them. The whole team were empathetic, attentive and reassuring. We really could not recommend them highly enough.
