I'm glad I chose Knightons for the sale of my house - A great service from Nick throughout the whole period. He made it as stress free as he could and was always there for advice and help. Not a keen lover of estate agents but this gave me hope that there are decent and honest ones out there ! Cheers Nick !

We've just completed on our new house, and I can't thank Knightons, and Nick in particular highly enough. We managed to get everything done within the stamp duty window, Nick has been a great help. I would certainly recommend Knightons for other people looking to purchase a new home.

John Whitehead was totally supportive during the process of buying. He followed up our queries immediately and went above and beyond communicating between us and the seller.We sold through PB and although finding a buyer was quick, after that we had no contact from them even when asking direct questions and for support. I am a landlord and have dealt with Knightons estate agents in Buckhurst Hill for my rentals. Through Knightons I receive excellent service and there system of notifying me of all finances is very clear, efficient and easy to understand. Nothing is too much trouble and their service is excellent at all times. Strongly recommended

I have dealt with Knightons since 2002 when I first bought a flat that they were selling. I've dealt with them many times since for sales, purchases and lettings and have always found them to be very straightforward and easy to deal with. They're very prompt at resolving queries and I believe them to be equally fair to tenants & landlords at dealing with any issues. In particular, Nick's knowledge of all aspects of the estate agency business is second to none which is why he is respected by other local agents as well as clients, nothing is too much trouble for him and in a world where businesses come and go, it's a true testament to a local business that has stood the test of time! I've dealt with the guys at Knightons over the past 10 months or so while trying to sell my flat through the Covid crisis. The market for flats during this time has been somewhat slow but Knightons kept working hard to try and obtain a sale. I had concerns due to how quiet the market was at some point's while the wider market seemed buoyant but the team kept me updated on the market in general and we got there in the end while the market for flats in the area remains subdued.I've found the team to be reliable, hard working, honest and diligent not to mention reasonable on price compared to other agents I enquired with locally.They have managed the process the whole way through and have been very helpful throughout. They have been especially helpful considering I have not been on site while the flat has been for sale"

We had a great service from Knightons, particularly from Nick Whiddon. He was extremely professional and very helpful. Always on hand to help and would always return calls straight away. In what is usually a difficult and frustrating process, Nick certainly made things run smoothly and straight forward. Our buyers even commented how much he had helped them too. I wouldn't recommend them.We wasted a month and a half on a property and had to quit pursuing it eventually, though we were promised that the house will be ready to move in before a specific date. The only responses we were getting during the process were I'm chasing my colleague"

John was great to deal with throughout the process apart from being let down with 2 days notice from moving into property leaving me disappointed and left to sort out returning a sofa, bed and wardrobes at expense to myself so close to Christmas. Highly unprofessional giving me 2 days notice via email that the property was no longer to be let and to let them know bank details to return deposit. Very dissatisfied with service led to believe the property was mine…
