Bought a product was faulty complained and wouldn’t receive a refund. Bought the same product again to prove a point and was faced with the same issue and was refused a refund. They gave me a £5 after spending £20 on their fault product. In other shops and I’ve had the same issue I’ve been given a refund.

The guy at the reception is terrible. Extremely rude, avoid this shop guys. I got the same feedback from others.
