Under the epidemic, THE MANDARIN NANNY helped us find a suitable nanny. Really grateful. They screened good candidates for us. In the end, the nanny we found was very professional and caring.

Reached out to this company for a nanny and fee estimate. They responded with their terms of business asking us to sign, without providing any fee estimate. Who would sign whatever contract thrown in their way without considering any fee estimate? When we responded and asked for such fee estimate, they completely ignored all our emails and never responded. It seems that either they are not interested in our business, or they are not in business themselves. Will not waste our time further on them.

The Mandarin Nanny helps to find house keeper and postnatal nanny for me. I am supper happy with my house keeper and the nanny. They are both very hard working, reliable and with very nice personalities. I have tried so many different cleaner/house keeper and the one Mandarin Nanny introuduced is the best.
