This company are cowboys. Bought a car 3 weeks ago paid cash. Which probably went in their pockets. A week after purchasing the engine malfunction light came on. Had to get my mechanic to come out and all he did was a diagnostics on it. It was full of electrical faults. All I got from Wokingham motors was their mechanic are the only ones to look at it. I’m sorry no trust in them whatsoever!!!! They May have sold me the car with just resetting the problem. My whole dashboard has had to be sent off now and it’s going to cost approx £700. Wokingham motors just don’t care! I couldn’t drive it and all they said was to take it over to them. Also when other things were looked at there were other things that looked shoddy!!!! I wish I had looked at the reviews before I purchased this car. I must be too trusting. These positive reviews are more than likely them putting them on!!! I needed a car after having mine written off due to an accident and now I feel I have been ripped off by this so called garage!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!! I wish there was a zero rating.

I always buy cars for my company from these guys always providing me with a great service and I never had any issues highly recommend

I bought a volvo with mot and a common fault. The car ran great for a week then engine light came on and it has 16 faults. I had it checked over and it shouldn't of passed a mot . So DO NOT BUY A CAR from this dealer there mots are dodgy like there car

Most of these reviews are fake and 99% sure it’s the guy who films the cars and gives the commentary while doing it. The reviews in writing linguistically match the way he speaks and the phrasing he uses. Especially his liberal use of the “good company “ phrase in a grammatically poor and broken English sentence that crops up in multiple reviews

Avoid this company!!A great golf (so far, I haven’t had it checked myself by a 3rd party although it’s driven well for 3 months at this point). Low mileage, bodywork perfect for a 13 year old car and sturdy.Company, however, are cowboys.Car was advertised to have the cam belt recently replaced within 2000 miles. When I went to see the car, I liked it but couldn’t take it at that time because it needed booking in to replace the cam belt. Advert said it had already been done and even gave mileage. Red flag number 1, but happy at least it was being done.Car was sold as serviced. However when I got the car home I noticed the service booklet wasn’t stamped.Called and queried it, they said it had been done and I could come back, review the paperwork and get the book stamped.I returned (and I live far away) and they didn’t have any paperwork and stamped the book anyway. Red flag number 2.After 3 further weeks, the service indicator started flashing and I called complaining. They said to bring it back and they would give me “another” service for free. Too easy to offer a free service, so the original one obviously wasn’t done. On top of that, 2 days later the temperature light flashed and I had ZERO coolant in the engine. I was stranded for 2 hours at Gatwick airport waiting for someone to collect some coolant and bring to me before I could drive the car. Red flag number 3.When I took the car back for the service, (4th time travelling to this place which is extremely far away within 2.5 months after purchasing the car). Because I didn’t trust them, I asked them to extend the warranty seeing as the service had only just been done and I only wanted the 3 months to restart and he refused and was very rude. Wouldn’t talk to me, answered my questions to someone else rather than looking at me. Obviously has an issue with a woman giving him a third degree.He had the audacity to say that it’s my fault the car was taken unserviced…..because the garage called me when the cam belt was done and it was ready for collection. And he said I should have waited a few days first. Red flag number 4They also didn’t send the new keeper information to the DVLA so I had to chase and the car wasn’t officially mine until 2.5 months after. Red flag number 5Such a shame because it’s a lovely car but there is ZERO customer service or after care.

The car yard is located at the end of a long driveway, next to a farm house.They have a nice range of cars for various budgets including European and Japanese models.Test drove a couple of cars and ended up purchasing a Honda Civic from them, easy and friendly to deal with. Would recommend.

Avoid this company and save yourself a lot of hassle!! By their own admission, they buy their cars from auction and then do the minimum work required to put an mot on them before selling.. (I should point out that they also own the workshop that does the repairs AND MOT's!!)I made the mistake of purchasing a Honda Civic from these cowboys back in March 2022, for £4500 incl. delivery. It was described as Immaculate" on Autotrader

Terrible aftersales service. Be careful about buying from this dealer as they don't keep to their words. They have a good customer service until your money is in their pockets, then you're on your own!!!

Bought a white Mazda two hatchback. Got the car and immediately there was an Engine light fault. Took it back to them and was told it’s a sensor issue. They fixed it and returned it to me then it come on again. Went back to them again and it got fixed. I was close to returning the car, full stop. Have to say they dealt with it professionally and the problem got fixed and was under warranty.So far the car is running fine.

I haven’t purchased a vehicle from this Garage, but wanted to give them a review nonetheless. We had been looking at one of their vehicles with a view to purchasing, unfortunately I was unable to continue with purchase. However, I just wanted to say, they are really nice to deal with and are willing to do their best for all parties.
