We enquired about an XC60 and John Glass was really helpful and professional. Within half an hour, we had a personalised video which was really useful and very well done. One of the nicest, most helpful dealerships we have had the pleasure to have contact with.

Just purchased a Volvo from Parks, Ayr and was very impressed from the start. Made an enquiry on the Volvo UK website but the person on the chat couldn’t answer my questions so asked the Ayr branch to contact me. We dealt with John from start to end and were impressed with the great customer service, efficiency and car knowledge. Visiting the area recently on holiday and a brake warning light came on my 2018 V90. Called into Parks and they scanned and removed the light whilst I waited all within 30 minutes for no charge. Excellent friendly service. Thank You

Car went in to have some accessories fitted. Unfortunately I was unable to get the auto start fitted as it wasn't compatible with my car even though Volvo's website said it was. That said staff were apologetic and helpful so no real complaints.

Jordan couldn’t have been anymore helpful in sorting my new car. Very professional and gave us a warm welcome. We travelled 7 hours to go to the garage and we were even picked up at the train station by James which was so helpful with having two kids, car seats etc. Can’t thank you’s enough.

Having just had my car in for a service and it’s first MOT I find myself compelled to post a review here as I am aware that the company reviews that I have filled in previously are not for public consumption.I have been using Parks Volvo Ayr in excess of 6 years now and have found them to be nothing short of outstanding. The after sales manager in particular has gone above and beyond for us time and time again and we cannot thank her enough. I had booked my service through an offsite admin team and was told that I could wait for my car to be serviced and it would be ready the same day. The day before the service the after sales manager had called me to check if I would like a courtesy car as she had noticed that there wasn’t one attached to my booking and that the service could take up to 4 hours. Having 2 small kids this was a big relief. On the day I was met by her and given a newer and higher spec car to my own. Was called less than 4 hours later to say my car had been serviced and MOT passed and I had been emailed a full run down of my car by the technician himself.I have had cars bought from Parks and cars bought elsewhere (one of which in particular that had an elusive catalytic converter problem that they spent a lot of time and attention to resolve) and I have always had the best of service regardless of what was being done or where the car originated from…so much so that I by Volvo again and again as the after care is second to none.
