Have been in dispute regarding Home Buyers report which failed to identify a sagging roof which was clearly visible. Inspector also failed to note there was no lintel over the garage window! Inspector also failed to notice unsupported chimney stack. All identified by the builder I called out to discuss other points raised in the report. He also disagreed with the inspector about the need to replace soffit boards. The rest of the points were minor such as loose window catches. When I complained I was told I had the benefit of the report to renegotiate price - what a joke! They have refused to refund cost or cover additional cost of surveyor's report I had to have done re the roof to re-negotiate the purchase price.

Absolutely amazing company. Being a shared ownership flat owner I had to pay for a surveyor to value our property in order to sell it. I rang around many and Andrews Eades came up cheapest so i had them carry out the valuation. The housing association didnt make the whole process easy and within this time my valuation expired twice. With as many spanners thrown in the works Andrea and Andrew did absolutely everything they could to help me out. I really can't thank them enough for their amazing customer service and help.
